What exactly do we mean by “The sweeter side of city living”? More than you think, actually. Everett is a community on the rise. It’s the perfect combination of city life and convenience. The city is right there, accessible for work, dining, and entertainment, but when it’s time to get away, Everett and The Batch Yard offer a roomier, comfier kind of life—for you and your four legged friends.

There’s green space for jogging or just sitting quietly and a huge Target right around the corner. (And while that’s not everyone’s cup of tea, Target has an unexplainable magnetic pull.)
